Day 16 – Soho
Today really felt like a Monday after the public holiday
yesterday, so we treated the day accordingly.
We started off as slow as possible and then we saw something cool –
another South African. Mark, one of our
managers, joined us in India today; he brought a taste of home along. There was a small welcoming meeting… let’s
hear it for awkward silences…

Anyway, we caught up on everything that has been happening
at the office back in SA and then we decided to check out of the office for
some dinner. Mark recommended a place
called Soho… they have some awesome food there.
Lourens wanted to shoot himself and the chef when he got his (what
seemed like boiled) chops. We also
taught some of the guys from Team India
how to play coinage, which seems super unfair when people who don’t drink play
along… After dinner we found a small
club just behind the Restaurant (our first clubbing experience). It was pretty cool, loud music only two women
in the club… again can we hear it for awkward moments…?
After the 15min club time we got home and caught an early
night for the Friday/Tuesday to come in the morning…
-this was thought about on many
levels including novice, beginner and awesome
